Other spaces we outfit

Every room size has its own constraints. Pick the one closest to yours.

  • HUDDLE ROOM

    2-5 people

Ideal for quick discussions, check-ins, and spontaneous collaboration. A huddle-room AV setup delivers video conferencing, wireless content sharing, and integrated audio — keeping small groups productive.

  • MEETING ROOM

    6-12 people

Built for presentations, check-ins, and hybrid collaboration. A complete meeting room setup supports clear communication, reliable video conferencing, and seamless content sharing—ideal for focused, everyday work.

  • LECTURE ROOM

    20-50 people

Lecture rooms focus on delivering content to larger seated audiences. A well-designed lecture room AV solution ensures visibility, audibility, and a consistent experience across the space.

  • Auditorium

    50–300+ people

Designed for large scale presentations, guest speaker events, and hybrid conferences. Auditoriums require comprehensive AV infrastructure to ensure exceptional sound coverage, professional video capture, and full-room visibility for live and remote audiences.

  • Atriums & Amphitheaters

    100–500+ people

Large environments demand expertly designed AV solutions — including distributed sound systems, broadcast-quality video capture, and centralized control -- to ensure clarity, engagement, and performance, even in spaces with challenging acoustics.

Frequently Asked Questions

Planning a conference room?

These are the room-specific questions we settle during survey and design.

When does a conference room need two displays?

Two displays are valuable when remote participants and detailed shared content both need to remain visible. That is common in executive, design and planning meetings. A single larger display can be cleaner when calls are short or the room is used mainly for presentations.

We also check the wall, camera position and viewing angles: two badly positioned screens can push the camera so high or far to one side that eye contact becomes worse.

How do you capture clear audio from every seat at a long table?

We map microphone coverage against the actual seating plan, then choose ceiling arrays, tabletop microphones or a combination with DSP. The processor is tuned in the finished room to manage echo, level differences and the interaction between multiple microphones.

The important test is not whether the person nearest the display sounds good; it is whether a quiet speaker in the furthest seat remains intelligible to someone joining remotely.

Can one control panel manage AV, lighting and shades?

Yes, where the building systems expose compatible control interfaces. A conference-room panel can recall meeting presets, select sources, adjust volume and coordinate lighting or shades without showing users the underlying systems. We define a safe fallback for each function and keep the everyday screen deliberately simple; advanced controls can remain behind an administrative page.

How do you keep an executive conference room simple to use?

We standardise the first minute: the room calendar is visible, the next meeting has one Join button, content sharing has one obvious path and the camera defaults to a useful view. Presets handle the complex routing in the background. During commissioning we test with people who were not involved in the design, because a room is not intuitive if it only works for the engineer who programmed it.

Can’t Find What You’re Looking For?

Not every setup fits into a neat category — and that’s exactly what we’re here for. We’ll help you create a fully tailored AV installation that works for your team, your layout, and your budget.
